Questions

What is a credit?

A credit is a fixed unit of work, roughly four hours of senior design or development time. Every deliverable has a set credit cost, so you know the price before we start.

What if we don’t like the pilot?

Then you don’t pay. There is no upfront payment for the pilot. You only pay once you’ve seen the work and liked it.

How many revisions are included?

Two revision rounds on every deliverable. A change to the original brief counts as new work and is quoted in credits first.

Can we get work faster?

Yes. Rush delivery in under 24 hours costs 1.5× the normal credits.

What happens to unused credits?

On a monthly plan, unused credits roll over up to your plan’s limit. Credits from a pack stay valid for 90 days.

Can we pause or cancel?

Plans are month to month. You can pause for a quiet month or cancel before your next billing date. Commit to three months and you get 10% off.

How are systems and apps billed?

Each build gets a fixed quote within 48 hours, billed in milestones: 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint and 30% on delivery. Agencies on a monthly plan can also pay with credits at their plan rate.

Will our clients know about Groflex?

No. We sign an NDA, deliver without our branding and never contact your clients unless you ask us to.

Which time zones do you cover?

Our team overlaps at least four working hours with the UK and US Eastern time, so you get same-day replies.

How do we pay?

By card or bank transfer. Plans and packs are paid upfront. The pilot is paid only after you approve the work.
